Custom-made products

Most items are made to your artwork and specifications. For that reason we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/colour chosen by you, or artwork you approved.

Our production errors

If we made a clear production error (wrong product vs approved proof, defective manufacturing, or damage attributable to us), contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a remake or another fair remedy at our discretion.

Proof approval

Production starts after you approve the digital proof. Please check spelling, colours, size and layout carefully. Changes after approval may not be possible or may incur extra cost.
